The Project encompassed the upgrading works to the existing Control Tower to meet the current BCA and Building code requirements.
Works consisted of decommssioning and removal of existing chiller plant in the 5 level control tower and replaced with a new Daikin VRV air conditioning system.
Control Deck and computer room levels were provided with 100% back up Air Conditioning.
